I paid $30 for a wash and tire shine no tire, so the Manager comes out to look at my tires and tell me yep I feel the tire shine but my tires are ashy , o then said it might be your plan. This is the Kicker she said maybe it put it on light SMDH. What a manger they have.

When the car wash is working fully, it's a pretty typical car wash. The KEY word was "when". The actual car wash tunnel is down verrrry frequently. I pass there on my way home from work, and for the last two weeks it has worked less than half a week. The air blower and/or vacuum in the detail area is a hit or miss. Most of those are frequently down. Towels must be a rare commodity. It's rare to have those, also. For the cost of what I pay monthly for a wash that I can get sporadically, isn't worth the disappointment. The are other similar facilities near by for almost the same cost. However...they work more than they don't! This is a good wash and a fair price..when you can use it.

It started as a five star about 3 years ago. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. Nothing ever works!!! One day they’re understaffed, opening extremely late (like 11am when it usually opens at 8am), car wash doesn’t work, pipes are getting fixed, blowers don’t work, vacuums shut down due to drizzle rain, no towels ready, no spray available, the list goes on and on. I’ve been paying $30 a month over the past few years and now I’ve gone about 2 months without being able to wash my car. Ridiculous! You can’t get customer service on the phone. If you leave a voicemail, you don’t receive a call back! Great service initially to now a subpar, low effort experience. Oh, I forgot… one day I had a WRECK in the car wash while going through on NEUTRAL!!! The car behind me hit me due to their machinery malfunctioning!

Grrr!!! I am so angry!!! I’m in a rental car. I don’t need to wash my car and it didn’t need a wash. I chose to come here to use the vacuums and rags, so respectfully paid for the car wash to do so. Oh! Surprise! The vacuums are turned off and there are no rags. I had to ask for rags and they weren’t moist as advertised. Apparently they can’t run the vacuum system when it’s raining - otherwise it’ll damage their system. It was a light drizzle, but no. No vacuum was possible so I asked for a refund. Nope. They won’t refund for an act of god, she said. It’s not an act of God to put up a friggin sign to let us know the vacuums aren’t available! Now I have to go pay for another car wash someplace else to use their vacuums? I never write bad reviews, but I figure I’d do this as a service to others. Here is your fair warning. I think this would be a great place to wash your car if the facilities are fully up and running. I have never seen a place offer the blowout feature for crevices. Would have been nice to use! Grrrrrr. May you have a better experience than I did, when it’s not raining.
